Wetstuff is aimed at those looking to "splash out" and spend some quality time on the water.

Cruising to many is THE way to explore. John, our Chief Instructor, has spent many years teaching RYA courses and more recently was the Cruise Leader of the RYA's Sail Cruise (a role now relinquished in order to run Wetstuff) for three years.Over the years, this both encouraged, and enabled many to sail off into their own personal sunset - whether as boat owners setting off for the Med, or charterers being in command of a boat for the first time. This has now been developed into the range of cruises and milebuilders offered by Wetstuff.

Offering a number of opportunities for non-boat owners, and owners alike, to develop their cruising skills to take some of the stress out of sailing, our milebuilders are a great success. We aim to emphasise "fun sailing" rather than "survival sailing", so destinations are chosen according to the weather forecast and crew experience. You will get to log night hours and miles towards RYA qualifications, while getting the opportunity to develop your sailing skills in a fun environment along the way.

Previous cruises have included an 8 week trip around Britain which saw us visiting the Orkney and Hebrides, our popular New Year Cruise to Cowes, and our 5 day Easter Cruises.

2010 Cruises

3 day cruises - the first of our 2 day cruises runs from the evening of the 30th April through to the afternoon of the 3rd May. Weather permitting we will be heading cross-Channel. Cost £240 per head. Other dates to be released soon.

5 day cruises - our popular Easter Cruise kicked off our 5 day cruises for 2010. Fantastic sailing conditions, great company and good food - much better than sitting at home eating Easter Eggs!

7 and 14 day cruise details coming soon. These cruises will see us taking part in the Celtic Goodwill Raid, visiting France and the Channel Islands in the company of fleet of up to a hundred other yachts. These cruises will be great for people looking to get away from it all and sample the local cuisine visiting picturesque ports along the way. Maximum of 6 guests.

2010 Easter Cruise - now re-christened the "Alternative French Cruise" this saw us visit Les Vaches on the Ile de Blance, German-Bouche ( bet you can't find it!) and la Piscine amongst other places. Fantastic sailing and a great craic .

3 Day Spring Cruise - join on the evening of the 30th April and return to Gosport on the 3rd May. Heading cross-Channel weather permitting. Cost £240 per head.

3 Day Summer Cruise - join on the evening of the 27th August for 3 days of sailing in the sun. Cost £240 per head.

Goodwill Raid Leg 1- 7 days from Gosport to St Peter Port. Relaxed sailing with the chance to explore ashore. 24-31st JulyCost £550 per head.

Goodwill Raid Leg 2 - 1-8th August cruising in company from St Peter Port to St Malo includingt the St Malo Regatta. Cost £550 .

Goodwill Raid Leg 3 - 8-22nd August, 2 weeks cruising back from St Malo to Gosport. Cost £750

7 Day Autumn Cruise - 8-15th October, our last 7 day cruise of the year. Cost £550
