Over the years we have received a lot of positive feedback - here is a selection that will hopefully give you a taste of what makes us different, and why so many people sail with us again and again.

That Heavy Weather Sailing course was a birthday present I made to myself when I turned forty. Got no idea now how it’s came down on the Prime Evil. Might be it was just the Wetstuff motto: “There is nothing half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.” I totally agreed with it when I found myself messing about with storm jibs, trysail, and all that stuff aboard the Prime Evil. The Prime Evil is a great boat to sail, John and Helen great people to make friends with. That’s why I came back with my wife for the New Year cruise, and then with my brother for a Cherbourg Race, and… Well, I am sure there’re gonna be ands. Rasim, repeat client based in Moscow!

We have entered boats in the Manches Cup for a number of years, but have recently chartered Prime Evil, with John as skipper rather than skippering myself. We take at least 50% of the crew as novices and having John skipper the boat has improved our confidence, overall enjoyment and race performance year on year. It is a great combination. Mike, Head of Administration Macfarlanes LLP, 5 times charterer for the Manches Cup

My company has been using John for an annual corporate sailing week for the last 10 years. On each and every occasion the experience offered to our guests has been rewarding and important of all immense fun.  Ian, Branch Director, Bluefin, our longest standing corporate charterer and owner of Trouble Maker.

We have used Wetstuff for sailing days over the last 2 years. John is a very experience yacht skipper who combines excelllent technical ability with safety awareness and patience. All of our guests have found their day's sailing with John both enjoyable and educational.  Martin, Senior Private Banker SPB Hambros, corporate charterer.
